AI consulting is a paid advisory service in which a specialist studies how your business runs, identifies the tasks AI can handle reliably, recommends the right tools and estimates cost and return before anything is built.

Phasing in
The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules were notified on 14 November 2025 and phase in over 18 months, so most duties apply from May 2027. Penalties reach ₹250 crore. We map consent, purpose and storage for each workflow now.
In force + phasing in
GDPR applies to any EU resident's data. Under a provisional May 2026 deal, the EU AI Act's stand-alone high-risk rules move to December 2027. We flag chatbots that must disclose they are AI.
In force
UK GDPR still applies, updated by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, whose main changes took effect on 5 February 2026, including new rules on automated decisions. We design human review into any AI that makes significant decisions.
In force
PIPEDA still governs private-sector personal data. Bill C-36, tabled in June 2026 to replace it, is not law yet. We build consent, access and deletion into your workflows so you're ready either way.
